Small herb to 17cm tall with rhizomes to 30cm long, narrow upright foliage that emerges out of the water, and clusters of small flowers.
Excellent groundcover for shallow water or moist margins of water areas. It will die down over summer to resprout in autumn. Also suited to container ponds, as it is more likely to flower in water.
